Job Description

Are you ambitious, dedicated and tenacious? Able to work independently - and comfortable in a start-up environment?

If so, we want to talk to you about this exciting role!

We are continuing to grow and have a new opportunity for an Account Manager to join our small but mighty team. This position offers a base salary, a generous commission structure, and an extensive benefits package.

The trajectory of this position is to graduate to either an in-house Sales Manager or an Independent Sales Agent.

This role is well suited for someone creative, outgoing, tenacious, and willing to learn our systems to help drive growth. You will be the first contact for clients, and as such, we require someone with:

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • The ability to strongly prioritize their efforts

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment and exercising a high degree of autonomy

  • Willing to commit to gaining expert level of our industry and our place within it



  • Post-secondary diploma or degree

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience

  • Demonstrated history of excellence in pursuits both personal and professional

Our company was launched at the start of COVID, and as such, we have adapted by creating a “hybrid,”position and offer the ability to work from home and have a dedicated office space in downtown Guelph.
