About Freightzy
We started Freightzy in 2020 with one idea: a business shipping a few pallets a month deserves the same carrier access, the same technology, and the same responsiveness as a business shipping fifty loads a week.
That idea is built for small and midsize shippers. Maybe you move a handful of pallets a month. Maybe you ship every week, and you're growing. Either way, you're probably too important to your own customers to accept slow answers, and not big enough to be anyone's top account at a large brokerage. That gap is where we work. You get the carrier options and the attention a bigger shipper would get, without having to be one.
Our headquarters is in Guelph, Ontario, and we have an office in Cincinnati, Ohio, so we have people on both sides of the border. We move freight across every Canadian province and into the United States and Mexico, working with a network of more than 100 vetted carriers.
Getting started is quick. There are no volume minimums, and setting up your account is quick, so you can start shipping with us soon and keep shipping on your own schedule as your business grows.
What We Do
Freightzy arranges truck freight. We do not own trucks - we match your shipment to the right carrier from a vetted network, then manage the booking, documentation, tracking and claims on your behalf.
Less-than-truckload (LTL) - cost-effective shipping for anything from a single pallet upward.
Full truckload (FTL) - dedicated capacity and direct routing, with no terminal transfers.
Refrigerated LTL - frozen, chilled and protect-from-freeze freight, including food and beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and fresh floral.
Expedite - hot shot, sprinter van and team driver options when the cost of delay outweighs the cost of speed.
Intermodal - combined rail and road for efficient long-haul moves.
Trade show shipping - booths, displays and samples delivered to the window the venue gives you, not around it.
Freightzy Endgame - final mile residential and commercial delivery for furniture, appliances, electronics and oversized goods.
Freightzy Extend - managed logistics support for teams that need TMS capability without building a department around it.

We designed our tools to take work off your plate. Every client gets full access to the Freightzy web portal and mobile app. You can handle rating, booking, and dispatch, plus get real-time tracking and complete supply chain visibility, all in one place. There is no software to install, zero commitments, and absolutely no upgrade costs.
Support from people who know your file
When a load is delayed, misrouted, or damaged, you shouldn't have to explain the problem to a stranger. Every Freightzy client is supported by a dedicated team of two to three people. Whether you reach out by phone, email, or live chat, you speak directly to someone who already knows your shipment. You never sit in a queue. You just get your team.
